What hours can I access my storage unit?

We offer 24 hours per day and 7 days per week access to your storage space.

When do I pay?

You will pay your first months rental and the deposit the day you start your rental agreement.  Your payments are due on the first of the month following that.  We have several payment options available, including the option to Pay Online.

Can I rent more than one unit?

Yes, rent three and get one free!

Where can I make my payment?

Online, over the telephone, in person at the office, or in person in our overnight box.  You can see an overview of our payment options on this page.

How do I get my deposit back after my rental period ends?

We have a very easy three step process:

Step 1:  Notify the manager that you are ending your rental. 

Step 2:  Clean out the units leaving no debris and removing all trash from premises. 

Step 3:  Turn in all keys and locks.
